The information collected by the Probe application is based on the user's specific software code selection and preferences, only known by the user; and the user is solely responsible for the processing, accuracy and completeness of the information provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information collected by the Probe application, and we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of such information. By using our Services, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your use of the Service.

While we strive to provide reliable and high-quality Services, we are not obliged to perform the Service and/or the Audit Services, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the Service at any time, for any reason, without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any such decision as soon as possible. In case that we refuse or cancel the Service and/or the Audit Services, we will delete from our systems any data sent by you through the Probe.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without notice or liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Applicable Jurisdiction
